Transposed cable is made of a certain number of enameled flat wires arranged in two columns in sequence by special technology, and made of special insulating materials

Winding wire made of winding material. It is mainly used to manufacture the windings of large oil immersed power transformers, reactors and large capacity dry-type transformers. By using transposed conductor to make transformer, the space utilization ratio of winding is improved, the volume is reduced and the cost is reduced. More importantly, the additional loss of circulation and eddy current caused by leakage magnetic field are reduced. At the same time, it has the advantages of improving the mechanical strength of the winding and saving the winding time.

The continuous transposed conductor is an important material for the manufacture of transformer winding. The utility model has the advantages of high space utilization rate, low eddy current loss, high mechanical strength and less winding time of the coil.

Transposition number: 5 – 80 (odd or even optional);

Maximum dimension: height 120 mm, width 26 mm (tolerance ± 0.05 mm);

Single conductor size: thickness a: 0.90 – 3.15 mm, width B: 2.50 – 13.00 mm (tolerance ± 0.01 mm);

The recommended width thickness ratio of a single conductor is: 2.0 < B / a < 9.0;

The recommended coating thickness of enameled wire is 0.08-0.12mm. The thickness of  adhesive layer is 0.03-0.05mm.
